Michael L. Buckner Quoted in the Columbus Dispatch on Need for Compliance Programs to Address “Complex” Rules

Michael L. Buckner, shareholder of the Michael L. Buckner Law Firm, was quoted in a July 8, 2011, article in The Columbus Dispatch. The article, “Many rules make compliance complex” by Encarnacion Pyle and Bill Rabinowitz, notes “schools used to get slapped down by the NCAA for not having enough rules on paper”, “but more are running into trouble these days for not following their rules”. Mr. Buckner provides his insight on the reason for major rules-violations among NCAA Division I institutions.
