NCAA Vice-President Julie Roe Lach Explains Enforcement Process

On November 2, 2011, The Miami Herald’s Susan Miller Degnan wrote an informative article, “NCAA responds to ‘myths’ about enforcement process”. The piece reports on the visit of NCAA officials “to Miami on Wednesday as part of a national tour to be more transparent in explaining its enforcement process”. Degnan summarized NCAA vice-president of enforcement Julie Roe Lach’s comments to reporters during a meeting conducted at The Miami Herald. Degnan’s article will provide Lach’s insight into the general methodology NCAA investigators use, the composition of the investigative staff, the length of an average enforcement case and other useful information. The full article can be viewed by clicking here or by visiting The Miami Herald website.
