Inside Higher Ed’s Academic Version of the 2012 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament

Inside Higher Ed used the Academic Performance Rate (APR) for each school in the 2012 NCAA Division I men’s basketball tournament to determine the national champion in its “Academic Performance Tournament”. Inside Higher Ed’s academic contest, which is in its seventh edition, “determines the tournament winner based on each team’s scores in the classroom rather than on the court”.
