Buckner Law Firm Attorney Claire Zovko Appears on Sports Law Chat

On June 16, 2013, Claire Zovko, of-counsel to the Buckner Law Firm appeared as a guest on Sports Law Chat to discuss the new NCAA infractions process. During the Chat, Zovko discussed the new tiered penalty structure, the new composition of the Committee on Infractions, the expectations for and the rationale behind the new program and other changes that will be implemented effective August 1, 2013.
