Buckner Opens Registration for Its “Advanced Investigation Interview Techniques” Webinar

Buckner, a global-focused sports and educational law firm, will conduct its next web-based course, “Advanced Investigation Interview Techniques,” on Friday, September 25, 2015, 12:00 noon ET (4:00 pm GMT; UTC -6 hours). Michael L. Buckner, an attorney with Buckner, will be the webinar presenter.

This webinar will provide guidance to general counsel, investigators, compliance administrators, sports league officials and higher-education professionals on using advanced interview techniques for internal investigations and intelligence-gathering operations.

Detailed Description

Recent and ongoing regulatory reform and media scrutiny has forced sports organizations, higher-education institutions and other entities to be more diligent about conducting comprehensive internal investigations when allegations surface. The webinar will assist attorneys, investigators and other professionals with using advanced techniques to conduct witness interviews during an internal investigation or intelligence-gathering operation. The program will review various interviewing methodologies, as well as focus on best practices to: (a) develop investigation interview questions; and (b) assess credibility.

Who Benefits
