“Strategies to Comply with the World Anti-Doping Code: Investigations” Webinar

Buckner attorney Michael L. Buckner will host an online event on how sports organizations can investigate alleged anti-doping violations.

SUNRISE, Florida, September 16, 2015 – Michael L. Buckner, an attorney with Buckner, a global-focused sports and education law firm, will discuss how sports organizations can investigate alleged anti-doping code violations during the September 30, 2015, online event, “Strategies to Comply with the World Anti-Doping Code: Investigations.”

The program will provide participants with strategies and best practices to conduct investigations of alleged violations of the World Anti-Doping Code or similar anti-doping regulations. The program will review techniques to plan an investigation; collect and analyze evidence; conduct interviews; and prepare investigative reports.

The online event is designed to assist officials from the International Olympic Committee, National Olympic Committees, International Federations, National Federations, Anti-Doping Organizations, Major Event Organizations, state athletic commissions and professional sports leagues and promotions to comply with investigative requirements of the World Anti-Doping Code.
